Director, Technology

Huge is looking for a Director of Technology to join the global Technology team. The Director of Technology will oversee comprehensive hospital and healthcare system redesign initiatives, requiring deep expertise in navigating workflows, operational complexities, and stakeholder alignment to drive clarity, vision, and measurable improvements across patient, provider, and organizational experiences.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and optimizing MyChart, specifically focusing on the front-end, patient-facing version to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with Epic Provider Finder and FHIR standards.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Headless CMS architectures (e.g., Contentstack, Contentful, Optimizely SaaS, AEM EDS, etc.).
• Experience with modern architectural patterns (e.g., Jamstack, MACH, etc) and enterprise platforms (e.g., CMSes, DAMs, CDNs, etc).
• Experience managing technical and non-technical stakeholders and articulating complex concepts in a way that non-technical audiences can understand.
• Experience managing multiple onshore and offshore teams, experience with globally distributed teams is nice to have.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architecture at scale, with particular expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure and Vercel)
• Demonstrated success leading full-stack development teams across web and mobile platforms simultaneously
