We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to lead end-to-end testing for high-stakes healthcare digital experiences. This role requires a blend of manual precision, automation expertise, and deep fluency within the Adobe Experience Cloud.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst/Engineer.
- Proven QA Experience: A strong track record in QA for complex digital engagements, demonstrating hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing across various digital products.
- Adobe Ecosystem Fluency: Direct experience testing within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including a deep understanding of component architecture, content authoring, and publishing workflows.
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare sector, specifically regarding compliance sensitivity, content accuracy, and the nuances of patient-facing experiences.
- Automation Fundamentals: Practical experience building and maintaining test scripts and frameworks, with the judgment to balance automation with manual testing where appropriate.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments, including active participation in sprint planning, defect triage, and release readiness assessments.
- Precision Documentation: Exceptional defect reporting skills, with the ability to write specific, reproducible, and immediately actionable bug reports.
- Test Case Development: Ability to translate acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and design specs into robust test cases while identifying and flagging ambiguous requirements.
- Cross-Platform Testing: Methodical approach to cross-browser and cross-device testing (including mobile) and proficiency in test data and environment management.
- Collaborative Mindset: A proactive communicator who advocates for quality in design reviews and ceremonies while maintaining strong, low-friction relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English for effective collaboration with globally distributed teams and client-facing interactions.
