The SVP, Client Partnership is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership for multiple clients within a portfolio, managing a team responsible for day-to-day account operations and relationship management.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in leading complex, large-scale client engagements in a digital agency, consultancy, or tech-services powerhouse
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ of client work with quality, efficiency, and financial health
- Experience leading large, cross-disciplinary teams (20+)
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills
- Ability to develop overall engagement strategy and work with department heads, discipline leads and project teams to execute plans
- Experience working with engagement teams to ensure account work is projected accurately and effectively and efficiently planned and staffed with all deliverables are prioritized accordingly
- Leading strategic development of new business pitches from RFP response to closing accounts including MSA and contract negotiations
- Genuine eagerness to work with mentor, encourage and learn from a diverse and talented team
