Project Engineer

Project Engineer position responsible for assisting with management of multiple site development and heavy civil construction projects in Central Florida. Assist Project Manager with document control, cost control, quality, scheduling, and safety.

Requirements

• Assist Project Manager with all aspects of project management
• Create and maintain project documentation filing system
• Request, review, submit, track, and expedite project material submittals and shop drawings
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date utility line locates
• Generate RFI's and track through submission, review, and distribution
• Assist with preparation, submittal, and tracking of necessary permits/clearances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules
• Attend meetings with Project Manager and generate meeting minutes
• Review daily timecards and monitor daily work activities
• Manage flow of information between Owner, Engineer, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Project Team
• Assist with preparation of monthly project pay applications and change order processing
• Attend final walk through and create/track punch list items
• Coordinate project close-out documentation process
• Coordinate with Clients, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Vendors daily
• Assist Project Manager with other functions as necessary
