Associate Enrollment advisor

The Enrollment Advisor will focus on promoting Hult’s top-ranked bachelor’s degrees by building relationships with students, parents, and counselors. This role involves attending fairs, school visits, and workshops, generating pipeline growth, managing stakeholder engagement, and coordinating with other teams within the Enrollment process. The position requires travel within the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• High level English and Italian proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in Business Development or related roles
• Ability to create and use network for progress
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
