Engineering Lead

Humaans is a human-centric HR tech company that helps globally scaling organisations transform their HR processes. We're looking for an Engineering Lead to join our team and lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, urgency, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Experience as a line manager or a leadership role
• Strong individual contributor with multiple years of industry experience in a full stack web app development role (ideally in SaaS)
• Great knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript and an appreciation for the language
• Appreciation for design and digital product craftsmanship
• Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers, and a proven track record of delivering value to customers or users
