AI Enablement & Field Intelligence Lead (AEC)

Human Agency is seeking an AI Enablement & Field Intelligence Lead to join their team. The role will involve traveling to active jobsites, shadowing project teams, and developing a deep understanding of construction workflows and technology gaps. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling field teams to understand and leverage AI tools, and capturing expert knowledge from construction professionals to inform Human Agency's venture studio and product roadmap.

Requirements

• Construction industry experience (3+ years) with time spent on or around jobsites
• Deep fluency with the contech landscape
• AI literacy that goes beyond using ChatGPT
• Exceptional communication skills across audiences
• Comfort with heavy travel (60–80%) to jobsites across the country
• Natural credibility with construction professionals
