Chief Revenue Officer - Denver

We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to build the commercial engine that takes Human Agency from a high-performing consultancy to the strategic AI partner for the 5,000 most important companies in North America. The successful candidate will have an established network of owners, founders, family office principals, PE partners, or C-suite executives at large enterprises, and experience operating at senior levels in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or enterprise sales.

Requirements

• Established, high-quality network of owners, founders, family office principals, PE partners, or C-suite executives at large enterprises
• Graduated from an elite MBA program (Harvard Business School, Stanford GSB, Wharton, Booth, Kellogg, or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience operating at senior levels in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or enterprise sales
• Ability to navigate complex organizations, multi-stakeholder decision processes, and long sales cycles without losing momentum
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset, ability to figure out what works and scale it
• Sales instinct, ability to move a conversation forward, read a room, and create conditions for a yes
• Operates with clarity and discipline, manages time, pipeline, and relationships with rigor and intentionality
