We're hiring a Product CEO / Venture Studio Director to build and run their own venture within Human Agency's studio, setting the framework and cadence for venture evaluation, funding, and scaling across the studio. The ideal candidate is a proven founder, CEO, or product leader with sales DNA, AI-native building experience, and comfort with ambiguity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who shipped real products
- Sales DNA — you can get in a room and move people
- AI-native builder — you've built with AI, not just used it. Show us.
- Comfort with ambiguity at every level — from 'what should we build?' to 'this thing is on fire'
- Zero interest in process for process's sake. You build. You ship. You iterate.
