Financial Controller

The Controller oversees the accounting and finance functions, ensuring precise financial reporting, strong internal controls, and robust support for the company’s growth and operations.

Requirements

• Manages and develops finance and accounting staff
• Oversees all core accounting functions
• Prepares and reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Leads weekly or regular financial review meetings
• Develops, monitors, and reports on annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Coordinates and manages annual audit activities
• Maintains productive relationships with banks, external accountants, and other financial partners
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support the Corporation’s financial stability and growth.
