Senior-level Project Manager to take full ownership of projects across the company, end-to-end. Must have 5+ years of experience and excellent attention to detail. Competitive base fee of $1,200-$2,000 per month, plus performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Take full ownership of all projects across the company, end-to-end
• Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative
• Run the annual promotions and events calendar
• Manage courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives
• Oversee pre-event, live event, and post-event execution
• Manage Google Calendars for leadership and community
• Hold teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate presenters, researchers, and stakeholders
• Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications
• Manage and own the CRM, e-marketing and eCourse development platforms
