Job Description
Human Interest is seeking an Employment & Compliance Counsel to join their Legal team. The role involves serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the People Team on all aspects of employment law, as well as providing generalist legal support to a fast-moving, regulated fintech business.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 8–10+ years of legal experience
- Meaningful, dedicated employment law experience
- At least one prior in-house legal role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
