Job Description
U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking an Electrician in Philadelphia. The Electrician's responsibility includes the operation, replacement, repair and maintenance of all electrical power and lighting systems.
Requirements
- Current active State of PA electrical license or Journeyman equivalent in electrical installation and maintenance
- Minimum of six years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance
- 5 years of Field experience, trade school or apprenticeship
- Knowledge of the National Electrical code, local codes and building standards
- Ability to work independently or with supervision
- Familiarity with the safe handling and use of hand tools and power hand tools
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to interact productively with outside contractors/vendors
- Ability to read and speak English clearly
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in all climate conditions
