Requirements

• Supervise subordinate lead personnel in assigned restaurants and/or In Room Dining
• Monitor day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure standards of product presentation and service exceed guest expectations
• Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses, and maximize profitability within assigned areas
• Ensure guests receive outstanding, consistent, exceptional service
• Maintain a clean and properly set up dining, service, and kitchen areas
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
