Job Description
U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking an Interstate Maintenance Operator to support VDOT via equipment operations, job safety, emergency operations, preventative maintenance, and manual labor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CDL - Preferred but NOT Required
- Knowledge of safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Knowledge of highway maintenance equipment, materials, and methods.
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor, including frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Skilled in the operation and maintenance of hand and power tools.
- Ability to work in inclement weather and to respond to accidents, and emergency/disaster response, etc. during/after normal work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
