Job Description
U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Mechanic for its Philadelphia PA location. The position involves performing preventive, corrective and general maintenance and repairs, operating and maintaining building systems and equipment, and performing general labor work as assigned.
Requirements
- HVAC knowledge and experience
- BAS and CMMS knowledge and experience
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
