Maintenance Mechanic - 022

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Mechanics in Philadelphia to operate and maintain RTU's, AHU's, VFD's, boilers, chillers, energy management systems, refrigeration, and associated equipment in a commercial/industrial HVAC/R environment.

Requirements

• Observing and interpreting readings on gauges, meters and charts
• Adjusting controls to insure safe and efficient operation of the system
• Recording in logs various aspects of the system's operations
• Keeping the engines, machinery and equipment of the system in good working order
• Performing routine and preventive and corrective maintenance
• Operating building automation systems
• Maintaining records of maintenance services, repairs, supplies
• Making repairs of a mechanical and electrical nature
