We are seeking a Kitchen Maintenance Mechanic to operate, replace, repair, and maintain all HVAC related mechanical, electrical, control systems, air handling units, pumps, heat exchangers, expansion joints, and other building mechanical systems.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems
- Journeyman certificate in a mechanical trade and 5 years of experience is preferred
- Ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools
- A demonstrated history of being a dependable and cohesive team member
- A willingness to maintain and advance skill level through personal effort and training
- Strong attention to detail/safety and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended amount of time
- Strong knowledge in general maintenance field (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing
- Pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist co-workers
