Plumber

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking Plumbers in Philadelphia to operate, replace, repair, and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, sanitary drainage systems, pumps, and fixtures in a Correctional Environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other methods pertaining to the installation of copper, carbon steel, cast iron.
• Experience in soldering, brazing, pro press, pipe threading, pipe grooving, and various other piping methods used in a Commercial/Industrial Environment.
• Fills pipe system with water or air, reads gauges to determine system pressure.
• Proficient in Commercial drain cleaning and service.
• Directs Trade Helper assigned to plumber.
• Other duties as assigned.
