Room Attendant

Room Attendant cleans guest rooms according to standards and procedures, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities. Responds to guest requests and resolves complaints within scope of authority.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Must complete training on proper disposal/handling of sharps, such as needles, and follow proper procedures
