Job Description
Shift Supervisor responsible for ensuring completion of maintenance assignments, directing shift personnel, and overseeing completion of maintenance logs and forms.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems
- Current City of Philadelphia First Grade Stationary Engineer License
- EPA and USEPA approved universal refrigeration certification
- Knowledge of CMMS systems
- Ability to read and work with blueprints and schematic diagrams
- Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders or lift equipment, and lift over 50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
