Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor position will oversee Operations Technicians within their area and adhere to all Ranger Energy policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Direct supervision over Operations technicians
• Supervise day-to-day maintenance tasks to meet required production rates and monitor data to minimize problems and downtime
• Administer performance reviews for direct employees
• Effectively plan and coordinate all maintenance-related projects and ensure they are completed on time and within the agreed budget
• Manage work orders and aid in developing the computer-based maintenance management software
• Coordinate and further develop an effective and thorough preventative maintenance program
• Develop and maintain procedures to ensure a safe and efficient operation
• Develop and administer training courses to ensure personnel qualifications are maintained to comply with all regulatory requirements
• Maintain a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, environmental regulatory and permit requirements and other applicable regulations and standards
• Respond to EHS incidents through prompt and thorough reporting, incident investigation, root cause identification and follow-up action item implementation
• Implement safe work practices and participate in a proactive safety culture while ensuring safety for the employee, the public, and the environment at all times
• Properly maintain facilities in accordance with Company procedures, PSM, and DOT regulations and industry best practices
