Job Description
U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Stationary Engineer to perform preventive, corrective, and general maintenance and repairs in Philadelphia. The Stationary Engineer will work with various days and shifts to ensure the safe and efficient operation of steam, chiller, and HVAC plant equipment.
Requirements
- High school/GED graduate
- Current Class A Engineer's license
- CFC Universal Certificate
- 3 years' experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- 3 years' experience with fire alarm system panel controls
- 3 years' experience working experience with building automation system (BAS) controls and programming
- 2 years of boiler and chiller room operations
- Knowledge of High Pressure Steam Operations and Heat Transfer
