Job Description
The Maintenance Supply Specialist is responsible for managing maintenance inventory, ensuring parts and supplies are available to support production and facility operations.
Requirements
- Maintain and organize maintenance inventory
- Issue and track parts to maintenance technicians
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials
- Maintain accurate records in inventory systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Work with vendors and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Keep the maintenance storeroom clean, organized, and safe
- Support maintenance team with parts identification and availability
