Job Description
The Training & Organizational Development Manager acts as a liaison and adviser to leadership and facilitates the organization’s development initiatives across Vytl Controls Group.
Requirements
- Develop and facilitate Leadership, Management, and Technical Training as needed
- Lead the delivery of various technical training courses at various expertise levels to the technicians across the company
- Assist the Director of Quality and Compliance in the ongoing application, facilitation, maintenance, recording, and reporting of the Technician Training Program
- Develop, implement, and maintain a Mentoring Program
- Assist HR Coordinator and VP of HR in development and maintenance of Community College and High School Outreach Programs
- Develop partnerships for Training and Job Placement Programs with local Community Colleges and Trade Schools
