Job Description
The Evergreen Center is seeking a Residential Counselor to implement instructional activities and treatment programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. The counselor will be responsible for case management, data collection, supervising instructional activities, and ensuring the health and safety of individuals. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- Case management of one individual
- Collecting and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division
- Supervising instructional activities in the residence and community settings
- Monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence
- Transporting Individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community
