Job Description
Human Support Services is seeking a Rehabilitative Services Associate to provide direct service care, assist consumers with treatment plans, and supervise their homes. The role involves community support services, medication administration, and ensuring a safe environment. The position requires compassion and flexibility to support individuals with disabilities and contribute to a diverse team.
Requirements
- Meet with Site Manger monthly
- Complete CSN and State of Illinois certifications
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and walk flights of stairs
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
