Bilingual Medicare Sales Field Agent - Cantonese

Become a Bilingual Medicare Sales Field Agent for Humana, helping to put health first and serve the local community. Responsibilities include building trust and educating individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings. The role requires a valid health insurance license, bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese, and a valid state driver's license with proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
• Associate or bachelor's degree
• Background in selling Medicare products
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
• Background in supporting Value Based Care organizations
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
