Business Intelligence Lead - CAHPS & HOS Analytics

The Business Intelligence Lead enables fast, reliable visibility into CAHPS & HOS performance by operating the internal intelligence service, designing and maintaining standardized reporting, metrics, and visualizations, and providing daily and weekly dashboards, rapid ad hoc analysis, and alerting on meaningful shifts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of technical experience in business intelligence, analytics, or survey data analysis
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience
• Advanced experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, and working with big and complex data sets
• Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and creating data visualizations that drive strategic direction
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs
• Expertise with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to streamline data operations and reduce manual effort through automation
• Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership
