The successful candidate will lead a complex product area within the applied AI portfolio, define success, prioritize problems, and identify the best AI-driven strategies. They will partner with business units to understand operations, capture requirements, and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvement.

- Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly scoped AI use cases
- Drive AI use cases from concept through prototyping, development, evaluation, and validation
- Own the backlog - write epics, features, and stories; prioritize the work
- Develop detailed program plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead rapid prototyping of AI solutions
- Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Gather and analyze user research, business process data, and market analysis
- Develop evaluation frameworks to test, benchmark, and compare AI models and platforms
- Identify opportunities and resolve dependencies across teams in adjacent product areas
- Develop reusable product frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and business value with radical clarity
- Support the growth of PMs and cross-functional team members
