Lead Data Engineer

Lead Data Engineer responsible for leading the architecture, engineering, and operationalization of the centralized Finance reporting data platform, supporting CenterWell Finance reporting, analytics, and month-end close processes.

Requirements

• Lead the architecture, engineering, and stabilization of the centralized Finance reporting data platform
• Design and implement scalable Databricks lakehouse solutions
• Develop and optimize advanced Databricks notebooks, workflows, and Delta Lake pipelines
• Engineer reporting-ready analytical datasets and dimensional models
• Develop advanced SQL-based transformation logic and financial aggregations
• Lead month-end Finance data operationalization processes
• Implement enterprise-grade data quality, lineage, and monitoring frameworks
