Lead Data Management

The Lead Data Management position is a senior member of the Encounter Submission organization and is responsible for accomplishment of strategic goals, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role collaborates with partners to design and refine workflows, addresses complex data and process challenges, and leads by example in project execution and technical innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years of experience researching complex datasets, including working within the healthcare industry.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex machine learning frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with and presenting to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Ability to create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business.
