Job Description
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first as a Medical Coding Educator. You will identify opportunities to improve provider documentation, create education plans, and work with healthcare providers to improve quality of care and documentation.
Requirements
- AHIMA or AAPC CPC (Certified Professional Coder) Certification
- 3 or more years of medical coding education or auditing in a healthcare setting experience
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or similar) and experience interpreting large data sets
- Experience speaking with leadership, webinars public speaking and presentation skills with healthcare providers
- Medicare Risk Adjustment knowledge
- Familiar with coding guidelines
