Medicare Sales Field Agent - Lake Charles, LA

Humana is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to work in Lake Charles, LA. The role involves building trust and educating individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the Medicare landscape, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and at community-based events
• Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
