Job Description
Become a Medicare Sales Field Agent with Humana and help put health first. Deliver, differentiate, and grow through exceptional service and community engagement. Required qualifications include an active Health Insurance License, residency in the designated territory, and comfort with face-to-face interactions. Preferred qualifications include experience selling Medicare products, public speaking, and Microsoft Office skills.
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
- Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes and engaging with the community through service, organizations, volunteer work, or local events
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements)
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish
- High school degree or equivalent
