Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong hands-on development experience in Python
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing user-facing applications using modern UI frameworks
- Practical experience integrating modern AI/ML capabilities into production systems
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered features such as RAG pipelines
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools
- Solid understanding of AI system evaluation methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in healthcare industries
