Senior Configuration Professional

Become a part of our caring community as a Senior Configuration Professional. The role involves accessing and configuring an application or system integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure, and working with moderately complex to complex issues.

Requirements

• Must successfully obtain Epic certification within 60 days of completing Epic training
• Must have 5 or more years of professional experience in Product Management, Health Informatics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR a bachelor’s degree in one of these fields
• Must have at least 2 years of healthcare experience supporting Medicare and/or Medicaid
• Travel is required up to 25% annually for stakeholder engagement and product initiatives
• Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required
