Senior Provider Analytics Professional

The Senior Provider Analytics Professional leverages data and analytics to drive PCP-focused performance and engagement insights. The role supports market and corporate leaders by providing data-driven insights regarding the performance of provider contracts and related processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leveraging data to drive strategy
• 3+ years of experience utilizing SQL and/or SAS transforming data and creating tables for reporting and analytics
• 2+ years' experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, advanced Excel dashboards)
• Experience working with technology solutions in low-code application technology like Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate
• Experience creating analytics solutions within the healthcare sector
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and summarize complex data to create accurate and meaningful insights to support senior leadership decision making
• Experience presenting data to Senior Leaders and partners
