Cardiology Technologist

Humber River Health has an exciting opportunity for a Cardiology Technologist to join their Cardio Diagnostics Team. The ideal candidate will have certification with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists and experience in advanced arrhythmia interpretation, pacemaker care, and advanced cardiac knowledge.

Requirements

• Certification with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT)/Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologist required, and demonstration of ‘good standing’.
• Successful completion of a cardiac diagnostic course or equivalent
• Current BCLS provider certification required.
• Certified to perform exercise stress testing, holter monitoring, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and cardiac device interrogation and programming asset.
• Minimum 1 year experience related to Cardiac device testing in a similar setting
• Demonstrates superior customer service and teamwork skills
• Adaptable to a fast paced environment and demonstrated ability to work independently
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, and receptive to feedback
• Effective computer, MUSE, and Meditech knowledge is preferred.
