Chief Information Security Officer - Information Technology Services - FT Admin

Humber Polytechnic is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the institution's cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operations. The CISO will define and execute a comprehensive information security program that safeguards institutional data and computing resources, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages cybersecurity as a strategic risk.

Requirements

• Master's degree in information security or a related field, combined with professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM, or equivalent training and experience.
• Minimum 10 years' progressively responsible experience in information security, network security, and incident response, ideally in higher education or a comparably complex environment.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership and people management.
