Import Export Coordinator

We are seeking an Import Export Coordinator to support day-to-day freight forwarding operations during the U.S. launch phase of a global logistics company. The role involves handling shipments, documentation, and delivery schedules, communicating with customers and vendors, and monitoring shipment status.

Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
• Basic to solid knowledge of Ocean and/or Air Import & Export operations
• Business-level English communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work on-site in the Los Angeles area
