Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our President-led business development team, working with Japanese beauty manufacturers to source, negotiate, and promote new and existing brands to the U.S. market.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong communicator, especially in timely updates and reporting
- Comfortable working with manufacturers and clients in a business development capacity
- Self-motivated and humble, with a strong work ethic
- Able to thrive in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment
