Project Coordinator

A Japanese IT company is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Production Department, responsible for project coordination and management for website development and operations.

Requirements

• Conduct client interviews to gather and organize requirements, and share them with internal teams
• Propose web/EC-related marketing strategies
• Explain production progress and technical details to clients in an easy-to-understand way, including creating presentation materials
• Manage and coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform quality checks on deliverables
