Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in testing and test management
- State-of-the-art knowledge of testing technologies, processes, and practices
- Experience with test tools like HP Quality Centre/ALM, Rational Quality Manager, Load Runner, QTP, Selenium
- Test certification ISEB / ISTQB
- Experience in estimation methods and conceptual thinking
- Strong customer focus (service, relationship and quality)
- Strong project management skills
