Job Description
The Branch Director is responsible for creating a 'Model Branch' consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Core Values. They will grow the Branch to 'Optimum' levels in terms of goal-oriented Agents and their individual productivity and market share. The Director will build a team of goal-oriented Agents who together achieve and exceed Branch listing inventory, unit sales and SCSL goals.
