We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team, responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting multiple jobs to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering plans and specifications confidently
• Perform detailed takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment
• Prepare accurate and competitive project quotes
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and negotiate costs where necessary
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation templates
• Support multiple jobs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising accuracy
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements
• Identify potential cost risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them
• Track project budgets and provide post-project analysis to support continuous improvement
