Google Ads Specialist CG (008-00480)

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with 3-5+ years of experience to manage and optimise paid digital campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, client-focused with strong verbal and written comms, and capable of running campaigns from the ground up independently across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Experience managing Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) is preferred
• Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding, budgeting, and optimisation techniques
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other ad tracking/reporting tools
• Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for client-facing discussions
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
• Self-starter with minimal supervision required
