Job Description
Assists the Community Director with the overall operation of the property to ensure customer satisfaction, interacts with internal and external customers, and responsible for site level leadership, accounting processes, and personnel management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline (Preferred)
- 2 years previous property leasing experience or applicable skills
- 1-3 years previous experience managing others
- Previous experience with YARDI (Preferred)
- Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) certification or Accredited Residential Management (ARM) certification (Highly Preferred)
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) (Preferred)
- Driver's License, Valid and in State
