Job Description
Director of Operations is responsible for the leadership, operational, and financial oversight of their assigned communities and team to achieve company goals. The role oversees a portfolio of properties, recruits, hires, trains, coaches, evaluates, and disciplines direct reports, and ensures the Community Directors satisfactorily lead their teams to meet goals and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or other related discipline
- Six to seven years' previous multi-unit property leasing oversight experience at a Community Director level or above
- Three to four years' previous experience managing others
- Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Previous experience with YARDI is preferred
- Required to possess and maintain a valid driver's license
