Job Description
The Leasing Specialist coordinates all requests from military families with the property management team, performs leasing functions, qualifies applicants, and assists in social programs. The position requires a high school diploma, previous leasing experience, and strong customer service skills. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating move-ins and move-outs, performing routine market analysis reports, and preparing advertising and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Leasing Experience
- Experience working with computers and typical office software
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to show houses in various weather conditions
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- High degree of professionalism and strong work ethic
- Driver's License
